What is WCF’s Peer Coaching program and how will this benefit our colleagues?
WCF’s Peer Coaching program, has been created to support our employee-owners to reach their full potential, to develop their skills, to improve performance, to help them reach their goals and to be the professional they aspire to be.
Our carefully selected team of peer Coaches have undergone their own professional development to enhance their skills, allowing them to work with our people to help unlock potential—whether our colleagues are looking to build on their strengths, overcome challenges, or make some big career choices, our dedicated team will be there to support.
Our aim with the program is for our peer Coaches to offer encouragement, provide constructive discussion, engender mutual trust and respect, and demonstrate a willingness to listen, learn and share.
We are excited about our new initiative and our ongoing commitment to supporting the development of our dedicated team of employee-owners.
