Future Responsible Investment

We are actively looking to generate additional income streams and acquire family owned businesses looking for a sustainable succession plan. We think we offer a more responsible approach to investment than Private Equity Investors or Venture Capitalists.

We’re not sector driven but we are looking for businesses that broadly meet the following criteria:

  • A 5-year track record of steady, profitable and sustainable growth
  • Is generating a return on sales of at least 5% per annum, with a minimum net profit of £100,000 per annum
  • Has less than average staff turnover, with high levels of employee engagement
  • Has an owner who wishes to have continuous involvement in their business post disposal for a negotiated period of time 
  • Has a preference to have the existing management team as a key component of any future succession planning 
  • Needs assurance that employees are looked after under new ownership
